Of course there are some rules:

1. General:
1.1 If you want to be promoted, you can either be promoted by a mod, who knows that you behave well or you need to wait untill the admins/mods believe that you behave appropriately and will do in the future.
1.2 The admins/mods shall be respected as they were chosen to make the right decisions
1.3 No drama shall be brought here from a different chatroom.
1.4 You can't ask for somebody else to be promoted or demoted
1.4B Exception: A mod or admin knows this person and is sure this person can be promoted without observation
1.5 Explicit description of sexual interaction or violence are prohibited
1.6 Respect other people in the chat
1.7 do not spam, stretch or anything else of that kind

2. RP:
2.1 no godmodding
2.2 do not enter an ongoing rp without permission
2.3 use the /me command, when rping to make it clear

3. Mods:
3.1 A mod is not allowed to demote a person due to action happening in a different chatroom
3.1B Exceptions: Well known massive spammers and bots
3.2 A mod is bound by the rues just as anyone else is
3.3 A mod shall note an admin about bans/silences and their reasons
3.4 A mod shall listens to what a member/guest/etc has to tell him aslong the person is polite and the discusion reasonable
3.5 At least 2 warnings need to be given before kicking/banning/etc.
3.6 immediate banning is only allowed, when a person spams excessively / ignores 2 warnings / insults people massively without reason
